They were quick to accuse him of being a “narcissist” and wondered how Jinger was surviving with her.
Duggar News followers aren’t leaving Jeremy alone, and they are calling him out for his comment that appeared to be really self-centered. But that’s not all. There is a lot more to the story. Is this true? What is this all about? Keep on reading to learn some shocking details about this controversy.
Duggar News: Fans Question Jeremy’s Questionable Idea Of Marriage
Duggar News followers have been questioning Jeremy’s concept of marriage ever since he discussed his point of view. He claimed that marriages aren’t about sticking to the perfect plan. The celeb believes that even if things went the other way, he wouldn’t leave and is sure that he would stick to his wife.
While some viewers considered his thoughts noble, others were unsure if this was the right thing to do. Apparently, critics believe that Jeremy made an “impassioned diatribe” about marriage. They explained how being in an “eternity of torment in hell” isn’t the ideal situation, and breaking through the suffering is necessary at times.
Jeremy’s Mother’s Day Post Shocks Duggar News Followers
Jeremy decided to honor his wife, Jinger, on Mother’s Day and made a wholesome post for her on Instagram. He posted a picture with the latter and wrote a proverb from the Bible, “Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.” The celeb clearly wanted to praise Jinger for the way she had been doing everything under the sun to become a good mother.
While Jeremy’s intention might have been noble, his post ended up creating controversy. Critics noted that usually, when posts are made on Mother’s Day, pictures should reflect motherly instincts. However, Jeremy’s Instagram post was all about him and Jinger, and he didn’t even bother to share any snaps of the latter with their kids.
A Reddit thread was quick to accuse Jeremy of being a “narcissist.” The OP wondered why he had to make everything about himself and why Jeremy couldn’t give the spotlight to his wife for a moment. The thread further claimed that Jeremy’s post looked more like an ad for men’s clothes and less like that of a Mother’s Day picture.
