Duggar News: Jed & Katey Laughingly Address The Chick-fil-A Rumors! What Inspired Their Firstborn’s Name?
As Jed and Katey Duggar appeared in a new podcast to talk about themselves, some Duggar News followers had questions. It was about their firstborn’s name, i.e., Truett. Rumors have been kicking into high gear that it was a tribute to Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy. Jed and Katey couldn’t help but laugh. Jed took it like a sport and added that they love Chick-fil-A, but that “wasn’t it.”
Well, his wife Katey explained the name means “warrior for Christ,” and his middle name, Oliver, means “peace.” Hence, they chose it for the meaning, not the menu. Well, Truett is now 3 years old. The couple soon welcomed his sister Nora the next year, i.e., she is now 2 years old. But that’s not all. The Duggar family members got an unexpected surprise in 2024 when they found out they were about to have twins!
