Duggar News: Here’s A Brief History Of Josh Duggar’s Scandal

Duggar News followers know that the Duggar family has faced multiple scandals that involve ch*ld s*xual abuse. Hence, it has cast a long shadow over their once-wholesome public image. In 2015, Josh Duggar, i.e., the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, admitted to m*lesting five underage girls. Shockingly, four of whom were his sisters. The revelation led to the abrupt cancellation of their hit TLC show 19 Kids And Counting.

Well, the situation worsened in 2021. It was when Josh was arrested for possessing ch*ld s*xual abuse material (CSAM). The authorities described it as one of the “worst” they had ever seen. The conviction and sentencing happened in 2022 to over 12 years in federal prison. The family has since distanced itself publicly. However, their connections to other controversial figures continue to raise concerns.

Duggar News: Another Duggar Related Member In Trouble For Ch!ld Sεxual Abuse! Carver Bowers Arrested & Charged

Carver Bowers is a 23-year-old Christian singer. He is also an associate of the Duggar family. The musician has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12. Duggar News followers found out that the arrest happened on June 13. Bowers’s booking happened at the Covington County Jail in Alabama. As per TheSun, a corrections spokesperson confirmed the charges.

The identity of the alleged victim is still under wraps, and there is no indication the child has any connection to the Duggar family. However, Bowers appeared emotionless in his mugshot. He was in a neutral-colored jail jumpsuit. He stood six feet tall and they released him on the same day. A $40,000 bail came into play, which made that happen. Following the arrest, Carver deactivated his Instagram account, and his wife, Haley, has made her social media pages private.

His next court date has not yet been scheduled. Bowers has not publicly commented on the allegations. In 2021, Carver was rumored to be romantically involved with Johanna Duggar, the now 19-year-old daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. At the time, he denied any courtship, clarifying they were just friends. So far, the Duggars have not reacted to this arrest. Keep an eye on TV Season & Spoilers for more Duggar News updates.
