These twelve months would basically act as a probationary period for the couple. According to the paperwork, if the couple does not indulge in “any new criminal offenses,” maintain good behavior, and pay the fine of $1,850 while obeying the court order, the court will dismiss all the charges against them.
This has no connection to Joseph’s other criminal case, which is currently pending. The advisement period began on the day of the court hearing. Therefore, it started on 10 August 2026 and will last till August 4 2027. The public is understandably not happy with the proceedings in this case. What they feared happened.
They are now additionally complaining that the couple is getting off so easily and without any repercussions.
